William Grant & Sons is seeking a Credit Controller to join the established Credit Control team. You will manage a multi-currency debtor ledger, proactively pursue overdue payments, and resolve cash allocation discrepancies while collaborating with Finance and Commercial teams.

The role requires 4 days in the office at Arete, Cumbernauld, offering a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, private healthcare, pension and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or cash allocation.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and a clear communicator who works well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with multi-currency debtor ledger.
• Follow up overdue invoices via phone and email with clear payment actions.
• Investigate unallocated cash and obtain remittance information to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve routine payment queries and allocations.
• Monitor aged debt and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to resolve invoice/payment queries.
• Support customer communications, statements, reminders and cash allocation updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and customer service.
