Job summary

VTA Recruitment in Middleton (M24) is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a temporary-to-permanent role with immediate start. The position offers a typical pay rate of £15.00 per hour and standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, chase overdue payments by phone and email, and resolve queries while maintaining accurate records in a busy service and repairs environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Monitoring outstanding invoices and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email.
• Resolving customer payment and account queries.
• Processing and allocating payments accurately.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records.
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting the wider accounts team as required.
