Job summary

Morson Talent in Manchester is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a high-performing team. You will manage client accounts, own cash collection, and drive debtor reduction while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Credit control experience within a large organisation.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on results.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Flexible and committed team player.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and own cash collection.
• Resolve invoicing and billing queries with internal colleagues.
• Process credit notes with appropriate authorisation.
• Provide monthly statements to clients and deliver high-quality client service.
• Reconcile client accounts and highlight outstanding balances using Excel.
