Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure is seeking a Credit Controller to join its fast-growing group. The role focuses on efficient billing and collections, raising invoices and credits, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will liaise with customers and the sales team, chase overdue accounts, and process payments. A-levels and experience in high-volume invoicing and customer service are preferred. Hybrid working is available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume invoice environment.
• Experience in a customer services environment.
• A-level standard.

Responsibilities

• Raise sales invoices and credit notes.
• Ensure quotation details meet audit requirements prior to billing.
• Ensure credit and collection policy and procedures are followed.
• Liaise with customers and the sales team.
• Progress payments due and chase overdue accounts via email/phone.
• Respond to customer invoice queries with high levels of service.
• Process bank receipts and allocate payments.
• Adhere to Credit Control Manager directives.
