Qualifications

• Previous credit control / Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Practical experience using customer portals within a credit control environment.
• Experience using SAP would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile Channel Partner accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Collect outstanding balances and monitor payment terms.
• Monitor credit status, blocks and exposure across accounts.
• Process cash application and posting for EMEA accounts.
• Use customer portals as part of day-to-day credit control and collection processes.
• Send statements and dunning letters; investigate and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
