RECfinancial, based in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure timely debt collection. The role involves chasing payments, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will monitor aged debt, support credit checking and risk assessment, and produce debtor reports for month-end processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with 2 days WFH after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Experience reviewing credit limits.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts.
• Chasing outstanding invoices and securing prompt payment.
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolving account queries and payment disputes efficiently.
• Monitoring aged debt and escalating potential risks.
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts.
• Supporting credit checking and risk assessment activities.
• Producing debtor reports and collection performance data.
• Assisting with month-end finance processes and reporting requirements.
