Barker Ross Group is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our busy Support Function, supporting Healthcare & Hospitality. You will own a customer ledger, drive timely payments, resolve disputes and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, international business.

You’ll contribute to cash flow and debt recovery while collaborating across the business to improve processes and outcomes. A commercial mindset and problem-solving approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar finance or administration role.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the determination to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

• Taking ownership of ledger: proactively managing customer accounts and monitoring outstanding debt.
• Delivering results: making daily customer calls and following up on overdue balances.
• Building relationships: communicating confidently with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
