Job summary

Radius is seeking a Credit Controller in Crewe to manage cash collection and receivables for Telematics customers. You will own multiple ledgers, drive policy improvements, and build strong stakeholder relationships to support growth.

The role suits someone with credit control experience, a commercial mindset, and a readiness to roll up their sleeves in a fast‑growing global group. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, Arden Square office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cash collection and arrears management.
• Excellent communication at all levels internally and externally.
• Customer-focused approach to credit collections while retaining customers.
• Highly presentable with strong organization and motivation.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to continually challenge the status quo and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cash collection and arrears management to hit financial targets.
• Own Accounts Receivable ledgers for Telematics UK & Ireland.
• Identify arrears risks; propose and implement policy/process changes.
• Set priorities and manage workload to meet targets and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support customer retention and targets.
• Handle customer queries to improve DSO and ledger ageing.
• Lead regular ledger reviews with sales to ensure credit policy compliance.
