Job summary

Radius is seeking a proactive Collections Manager to lead the Credit & Collections function at our Crewe office. You will oversee end-to-end collections processes, develop strategies, and drive timely debt recovery to maintain healthy cash flow.

The role requires 3+ years in collections leadership, strong analytics, governance, and the ability to partner with agencies and legal partners. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00, UK-based, with opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in collections management with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of collections principles and regulations.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with collections reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities
