Job summary

COBA Holdings is seeking a proactive credit controller to maximise cash collection and reduce aged debt. You will assess risk on new accounts, set credit limits and monitor exposure to support the business.

Key duties include ensuring OTIF payments, issuing statements, managing the dunning process, and recording all communications in the system while coordinating with internal departments to keep customers compliant.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Credit control experience is required.
• Experience using a recognised ERP package and intermediate knowledge of Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximise cash collection and reduce aged debt and exposure.
• Ensure OTIF payments and monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Manage the dunning process in line with the Credit Policy.
• Release credit blocks and communicate decisions to customers and internal teams.
• Issue monthly statements and log all customer communications.
• Monitor that customer credit limits cover trading needs.
