Job summary

Corona Energy is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers, driving collections while delivering excellent service. You will be the dedicated contact for collections and will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role operates on a hybrid pattern with office presence on Tue-Thu and home-working on Mon and Fri, with standard hours 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control or Collections role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Confident using multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and adapt to changing processes.
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
