Credit Controller responsibilities include:

• Chasing outstanding monies via telephone and email
• Helping to resolve account queries
• Running credit checks on customers
• Setting up credit limits and payment terms
• Raising credit notes
• Maintaining and updating customer files
• Analyzing and posting incoming customer payments
• Requesting remittances and reconciling accounts

Profile

The candidate will have:

• Previous Credit Control experience (required)
• Strong communication skills (required)
• High attention to detail and accuracy (required)
• Previous SAP experience (desirable)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (required)
