• Responsible for a debtor book of approx. 250 customers
• Timely and effective collection of debts and customer payments
• Mitigating credit risks, monitoring credit exposure
• Establishing credit limits and evaluating the creditworthiness of customers.
• Negotiating payment plans
• Conduct regular credit reviews and reassess credit limits based on payment history
• Generate regular statement and reports
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues
