Here at Car Finance 247, we are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Team.

Who we are?

The finance function is a driven, dynamic, high performing team, led by a CFO with previous experience as the FD at Coop Bank and a Head of Finance with a professional services background. The team is underpinned by further qualified and part qualified accountants delivering valued insights and analysis to the business and accurate reporting. A strong credit control team manages the receivables balances ensuring debts are collected.

What does the role offer?

The role will be dynamic and challenging, providing you with the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and experience to collect outstanding debts and improve current practices. You will be responsible for managing receivable balances due from car dealers, customers and lenders, collecting outstanding debts and minimising bad debts. You will be empowered to use your experience to identify and implement more efficient processes, controls and collection strategies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Effective management and prioritisation of case load.
• Collection of outstanding debt from car dealers, customers and lenders.
• Developing your internal network within Finance and across the business to help resolve issues.
• Maintaining CRM systems with accurate and comprehensive notes.
• Identifying and implementing changes to processes, controls and collections strategies.
