Credit Controller

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000

Axon Moore are exclusively working with a leading Manchester city business, looking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Credit Controller to join their Credit Control team.

Daily Duties:

1. Take ownership of your own debt ledger delivering robust & consistent cash collection results via telephone, email & meetings
2. Responsible for delivering robust actions around targeted debt campaigns
3. Proactive chasing of payments within a professional services setting
4. Driving invoice query resolutions with our internal billing teams
5. Provide administrative support to the finance team when needed
6. Liaise with our fee earners and support teams to resolve Debt queries on a daily basis
7. Maintain up to date accurate records of information across multiple systems
8. Maintain & grow strong working relationships with all your internal stakeholders

Personal Profile:

1. Previous experience working within a financial services credit control environment
2. Working with multiple currencies
3. Target driven attitude to maximising cash collection & reducing the aged debt
4. Robust time management and attention to detail
5. Strong communication skills working within a hybrid setting
6. Strong excel/reporting skills
7. Accuracy & Speed in working with multiple systems
8. A flexible and committed approach within the role
