Job summary

Metro Rod LTD Macclesfield is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a large ledger, drive cash collection, and flag financial risks. You will work within the Local/Regional Finance Team, supporting targets and SLA adherence while maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone.

This permanent, full-time role requires resilience, KPI focus, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.

Metro Rod LTD Local/Regional Finance Team Macclesfield Support Centre Full time permanent Up To £28,805 Per Annum Plus Benefits Metro Rod work with the likes of Equans, Amey, Aldi, Mitie, Greggs, McDonalds, Wetherspoons and many more in the FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

What does it entail?

You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives.

This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Being part of a well-established and successful team, you will be focused on managing current debt. Working to strict SLA's and KPI's, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.
