About the role
The Credit Control Team is responsible for diplomatically collecting debt in line with contracted Client credit terms, this involves removing any obstacle preventing this outcome
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate, professional, and absolutely comfortable working in a high pressure environment. The role is varied, involving reporting, reconciling, leading the Accounts Receivable Team. The core of the role is collecting late payments and reducing Flight Centre’s risk.
