Job Description:

Due to an internal transition, an exciting opportunity has opened to join our client's Credit Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for cash collection, achieving both set individual and team targets, resolving queries, generating reports, allocating cash, and maintaining/reducing DSO.

What you’ll need

  • At least 2 years of business-to-business Credit Control experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships internally and externally
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word
  • Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Either hold a CICM qualification or be working towards it
