Agility is delighted to be working with a construction and infrastructure company based in Trafford, they are looking for a sole credit controller to join their team of 5. They are looking for someone who has good communication and initiative.

This company has a flexible working environment and a family feel, you will be joining the Trafford office.

What you will be doing:

• Proactively managing and collecting debts from clients
• Prepare statements and client reports
• Process card payments
• Create terms and conditions for credit agreements
• Follow up on payments and help come up with payment plans
• Day-to-day bank postings and cash allowance
• Send monthly statements to clients

About you:

• Be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Be confident in their abilities as a credit controller
• Be experienced (minimum 2 years)
• Have basic knowledge of excel spreadsheets
• Have experience in Xero (preferred)
• Knowledge of the utilities industry (preferred)
• Have high attention to detail
• Be organised
• Be able to work towards targets
