Job summary

Page Personnel in Crawley is seeking a Credit Controller to monitor and manage customer credit accounts ensuring timely payments. You will chase overdue payments and resolve queries while maintaining precise records of all credit activities.

You will also prepare reports on account statuses, liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, and assess credit limits for new and existing customers. Compliance with credit policies and ad hoc accounting tasks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or a similar role in finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
