Power NI, part of Energia Group, has an exciting opportunity for Credit Controllers based in Belfast.
This role involves negotiating with customers to offer suitable repayment options and working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions for each individual. You will proactively engage with domestic customers experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills via inbound and outbound calls.
We seek candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment, understand customer perspectives, actively listen, acknowledge concerns, focus on solutions, set boundaries/expectations, and seek support and feedback when needed.
