• Oversee a team of 15+ Regional Engineers, ensuring timely completion of customer site work.
• Allocate engineers for scheduled visits and respond to urgent requests.
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and ensure accurate paperwork for PPM jobs.

What you will be doing as a Field Service Controller?

• You will oversee a team of 15+ Regional Engineers, ensuring all customer site work is planned and completed on time.
• You will allocate engineers for scheduled visits and respond to urgent ad hoc requests like repairs and warranty issues.
• You will identify opportunities for additional maintenance and upgrade business, turning customer requests into revenue-generating actions.
• You will prepare service reports, quotations, and ensure all paperwork for PPM jobs is completed accurately.

What Are We Looking For?

• 2+ years of experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• An excellent communicator and coordinator with strong geographical knowledge of the UK
• A quick learner with the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
