Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, invoicing and debt collection.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts within agreed credit limits to minimise risk and maximise sales.
• Provide regular statements and updates on query resolution to stakeholders.
• Induct, train and coach new staff members in credit processes.
• Review held orders to manage risk and ensure timely releases.
• Maintain accurate master data and ensure GDPR compliance in ledgers.
