Castle Employment Group in Harrogate is recruiting a Credit Control Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day credit control function within a manufacturing business. You will lead a small team, monitor aged debt, handle payment disputes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to protect cash flow.

The role offers ownership of credit control processes and opportunities to improve collections while working in a supportive environment. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Formación

• Prior experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting a team.
• Strong knowledge of credit management and debt collection.
• Confident handling customer queries and negotiating payment arrangements.

The Role

About You

• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting a team.
• Strong knowledge of credit management and debt collection.
• Confident handling customer queries and negotiating payment arrangements
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
• Confident using finance systems and Excel.
