Castle Employment Group is recruiting a Credit Control Supervisor in Harrogate. The role oversees daily credit control activities, supports the team, and drives cash collection. You will manage aged debt, handle escalated queries, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in credit control or accounts receivable, supervises a team, and is proficient with Excel and finance systems. A proactive, deadline-focused mindset is essential.

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of credit management and debt collection.
• Confident handling customer queries and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
• Confident using finance systems and Excel.

The Role
