Job summary

Search is recruiting a Credit Controller in the UK to join our growing finance team. The role focuses on bank allocations, processing client payments, and proactive debt recovery while delivering exceptional service.

The position is an initial 9 to 12 month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent, working Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, with benefits including private healthcare, salary reviews, and EV/parking schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control with a track record of debt recovery.
• Confident, proactive approach to managing customer accounts.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience with RPM systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing bank allocations and processing client payments.
• Issuing payment reminders and chasing overdue debts.
• Handling queries via phone and email with excellent service.
• Liaising with property managers and solicitors on property sales.
• Managing Direct Debit collections and online card payments.
• Preparing fund collection reports and overseeing contractor invoices.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing business based in Kinning Park. With an expanding customer portfolio, this is a key role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its growth.

We are keen to speak with customer focused Credit Controllers who take pride in building strong relationships and consistently go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional level of service.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
