Job summary

Belinda Roberts Ltd in Heywood, near Bury, is seeking a Credit Administrator to process credit applications promptly and manage credit insurance levels. Training will be provided as part of a growing service business.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will assess applications, provide feedback to the Sales team on credit decisions, generate reports, and monitor KPIs. Strong Excel, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Accounts and financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Computer literate with basic IT skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Experience with Credit Agency Systems (Experian) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assessing credit applications.
• Providing feedback to Sales on credit decisions.
• Ensuring adequate credit insurance is in place.
• Recognising commercial opportunities within credit decisions.
• Generate reports as required.
• Monthly KPI summaries.
• Other ad hoc duties as needed.
