Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own ledger responsibilities ensuring customers pay within terms.
• Work across multiple ledgers with varying requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers and resolve account queries.
• Identify customers posing financial risk and monitor accordingly.
• Send overdue accounts for disconnection within credit control processes.
• Suggest improvements to current processes and procedures.
• Prepare adhoc reports for senior management monthly.
• Support smooth collection of outstanding revenue.
• Perform general admin duties.
