Booker Group plc in Eccles, Manchester, is seeking a Credit Administrator to support the Foodservice Finance team. You will process new customer applications, perform credit checks, and manage Direct Debit details to keep records accurate and auditable.

You will work closely with Branches, Foodservice Sales, Customer Service and customers to ensure timely processing within SLAs and maintain SAP records for smooth credit operations across the business.

Competenze

• Previous experience within Credit Administration or Finance Administration.
• Experience handling customer account information and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate processing of financial data.
• Strong organisational skills to manage varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Process new customer applications accurately and efficiently.
• Identify errors or missing information and contact customers to resolve issues.
• Carrying out credit checks on new and existing customers.
• Manage changes to customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Contact customers to obtain and verify Direct Debit information.
• Record Direct Debit information on SAP in line with BACS requirements.
• Complete checks and amendments relating to customer Direct Debits through the platform.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
• Prepare and check customer welcome communications before issue.
• Collaborate with Branches, Sales, Operations and Customer Service to progress applications.
