Job summary

YouTube, part of Google, seeks a Partner Operations Manager to support major partners in the EMEA region. The role focuses on resolving complex technical issues, educating partners, and driving scalable operational improvements.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to fix bugs, share insights, and enhance partner experience while advocating for partners across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting.
• 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs with external executive stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, French and Spanish for client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch operational support via email, troubleshooting complex issues for partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive insights and accelerate growth.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to eliminate bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Analyze metrics to guide partner health and strategic decisions.
• Develop product expertise and work with Product/Engineering to resolve issues.
