Job summary

Google LLC in London is seeking a YouTube Partner Operations Manager to lead high-touch support for YouTube partners across EMEA. You will troubleshoot complex issues, engage with executive stakeholders, and advocate for partner needs to cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes.

You will become a product expert, drive operational efficiency, monitor partner health, and help scale initiatives while collaborating with Product and Engineering to resolve bugs and reduce case volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services.
• 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs with external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in English, Arabic, French and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch operational support via email and troubleshoot complex issues for partners.
• Partner with internal teams to share actionable insights and accelerate partner growth.
• Drive scalability by removing bottlenecks and improving processes.
• Analyze metrics to assess partner health and guide strategic decisions.
• Develop product expertise and collaborate with Product/Engineering to resolve bugs and reduce cases.
