Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the strategic agenda for YouTube+ Ads within the EMEA Large Customer Sales organization. You will partner with GTM and LCS leaders to drive growth, act as a strategic advisor, and synthesize data into executive-ready insights.

This role involves building scalable models, conducting deep-dive analyses, and leveraging AI tools to automate interpretation of complex data while ensuring data integrity across regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
• Experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL (e.g., joins, window functions, database integration).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end investigative framework for YouTube+, developing strategic insights to steer the EMEA LCS business.
• Build, scale, and maintain standardized driver frameworks, performance models, and customer-level analyses to surface actionable growth opportunities.
• Structure and communicate complex, ambiguous business performance issues to advise and challenge EMEA LCS leadership.
• Lead performance deep dives and executive updates, synthesizing massive datasets into brief, actionable narratives.
• Leverage AI finance tools to design and deploy AI-augmented agents that automate the interpretation of complex insights and transform decision-making.
