Responsibilities

• Growing and nurturing creators via one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase content production diligence and earning potential on the eCommerce Platform.
• Organize activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies online and offline.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive growth.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators for platform growth.
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce-related functions for creators.
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders internally and externally.
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
