Job summary

TikTok is seeking to grow its Affiliate Creator program within the TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, focusing on mid-tier creators and a network of affiliates who produce e-commerce content. You will lead growth strategies, coordinate campaigns, and work with global teams to drive GMV and engagement.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL and data analysis experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in E-commerce strategy and analytical work.
Excellent in SQL, and other analysis tools.
Experience working with data to analyse and track performance metrics.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with global teams to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators’ e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach.
Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Category, Product, Legal), to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth.
Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators.
