Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Operations Graduate for the EU New Market, based in London, with a 2027 start. You will assist in growing creator activity and earnings on the TikTok Shop platform and support cross-functional campaigns.

As part of Global Operations, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement training, events, and creator-centric initiatives that drive content quality and platform growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and brain-storming.

Responsibilities

• Growing and nurturing creators via one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase content production diligence and earnings on the eCommerce Platform
• Organize activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies both online and offline
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve platform growth
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required
