Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and nurture creators through one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans to increase creator content production and earnings on the eCommerce Platform.
• Organize activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive growth.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships with creators to achieve platform growth.
• Familiarise with internal creator management tools and e-commerce functions for creators.
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders.
• Support creator-related operational tasks as required.
