Picsart seeks a seasoned Partnerships Lead to sign agencies and creators, manage agreements, and drive performance across global markets. You will own the end-to-end workflow from outreach to publishing campaigns, with AI-assisted tooling to scale operations.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Legal and Data, decide which partnerships to grow, and help Picsart build a creator base connected to Picsart terms and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing global creator partnerships.
• Strong negotiation to close terms, exclusivity and payments.
• Ability to run large-scale influencer and affiliate programs.
• Excellent English communication across markets.

Responsabilités

• Find and sign agencies and creators in key markets.
• Negotiate terms, exclusivity, data access and payments in writing.
• Publish campaigns on time and track partner performance.
• Build and manage Picsart’s creator network at scale.
