Job summary

Picsart, Inc. is seeking a Creative Lead to shape what creators produce and how they present content across major social platforms.

You will draft briefs, generate rough cuts in Picsart's tools, and run experiments to identify winning approaches that scale across markets and languages. You’ll work closely with agencies and creators to deliver posts, refine templates, and push insights into product asks for AI tools and presets.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of social accounts you’ve grown or managed.
• Direct experience leading creator networks at scale.
• Demonstrated content creation including rough cuts and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Decide what creators make, including concepts, hooks, and scripts.
• Write briefs and rough cuts for creators to follow in Picsart tools.
• Test different formats and markets to determine winning content.
• Coordinate with creators and editors to produce posts and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify what converts and drive successful templates across markets and languages.
