Job summary

Picsart, Inc. is seeking a result-driven creator strategy contractor to define concepts, write briefs, and oversee testing and scaling of winning creative across markets. You will work with creators and editors to translate ideas into posts and ensure content meets performance targets.

You will lead end-to-end creative testing and optimization, delivering briefs and examples from Picsart's tools to accelerate production and deployment across languages and markets.

Responsibilities

• Decide what creators make: the concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week.
• Write briefs creators can follow: clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools.
• Test the creative: hook against hook, format against format, market against market; the results guide what runs next.
• Get content finished: work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, with specific feedback.
• Find out what converts: analyze thousands of videos to target audiences and uses that drive paying users.
• Spread what wins: scale successful hooks across markets and languages and templates.
