Job summary

Future in London is seeking a Studio Manager to shape our Creative Studio alongside design and creative leads. You’ll be based in our London Paddington office, oversee the smooth running of the studio, assign projects to the right team, and ensure deadlines are met, reporting to the Creative Director.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in resource planning, RFPS, campaigns, and internal projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Experience managing or allocating design resources.
• Experience with design processes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily running of the Creative & Design team.
• Allocate and schedule design resources across projects.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to carry the creative vision to completion.
