Allica Bank is seeking a Creative Director to own the studio’s creative direction across brand, design, motion, video, copy and web. You will balance hands-on craft with scalable production, driving AI adoption while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

You will lead a 7-person multidisciplinary team, partner with Growth, Digital Acquisition and Product, and shape the studio’s operating model for both high‑volume growth campaigns and premium brand work.

Competenze

• Proven creative leadership in a high-growth in-house or top agency.
• Hands-on craft across brand, copy, design, motion/video.
• Experience embedding AI into creative production workflows and tooling.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary studio serving brand and performance marketing.
• Strong collaboration with Growth, Digital Acquisition and Product teams.

• Set and maintain creative direction across brand, design, motion, video, copy and web.
• Lead and develop a team of 7 across copy, design, motion/video and web.
• Own production processes end-to-end, including resourcing and QA.
