Role Overview

Hambi Media Ltd, a fast-growing performance creative agency specializing in e-commerce brands in the UK, is seeking a Creative Strategist. This role involves strategizing, creating, and optimizing creative content for Meta and TikTok ads, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphics. The position reports to the Creative Director and offers a hybrid work model based in Central London or Manchester, with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonuses, benefits, and 27 days of paid holiday.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement social media creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
  2. Create and execute campaigns for Meta and TikTok, including UGC, high-production, and static ads.
  3. Analyze creative data to optimize campaign performance and provide insights.
  4. Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaigns.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and market research to inform creative strategies.
  6. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  7. Write and edit ad copy and scripts for various formats.
  8. Create detailed briefs for UGC creators.
  9. Understand human psychology and consumer behavior to craft compelling content.
Minimum Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in creative strategy or social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  2. Experience with DTC copywriting and successful campaign development.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Knowledge of digital platforms, especially Meta, and performance marketing principles.
  6. Leadership and team management experience are advantageous.
