At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own.

With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. We are seeking a Creative Strategist to join one of our portfolio brands which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space.

The role of the Creative Strategist will focus on answering: "What makes a winning ad?" You will collaborate with team members to create top-performing ads, set strategic direction, and grow revenue.

The ideal candidate is digitally native, consumer-centric, intellectually curious, and creative. The position is full-time in London.

What You'll Do:
