Qualifications

• Sous Chef or Senior CDP with leadership experience.
• Ability to create menus and specials.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication and team leadership.
• Experience managing kitchen staff rota and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Maintain GP and labour controls.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team during service.
