Young's is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for their lively Portobello Road pub environment. You will lead a team, prepare quality fresh meals, and contribute to exciting daily specials in a bustling setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage rota, training and safety at all times. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for next step.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team while maintaining high food standards.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver quality, fresh food.
• Manage the kitchen rota, training, and health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver daily specials and menus.
• Drive kitchen performance to support sales and guest satisfaction.
