The Bull Hotel in Bridport (a beautifully refurbished 16th-century coaching inn) is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations. You will oversee a busy kitchen serving a main restaurant, courtyard dining, private dining, weddings and functions near the Jurassic coast.

• Deputy to Head Chef, takes control when away.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
