The Bishop on the Bridge, a busy pub on the banks of the River Itchen in Winchester, is recruiting a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes and leading the kitchen in their absence, with a focus on local ingredients and continuous improvement.
