The Bishop on the Bridge, a Fuller’s pub in Winchester, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership. You will support the Head Chef, manage kitchen operations in their absence and ensure dishes showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients.

With a focus on creativity, you’ll help lead the team to deliver high-quality services and memorable dining experiences for locals and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification, strong food knowledge and safety awareness are essential.
• Seasonal, local ingredients are used to prepare fresh dishes.
• Creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.

Responsibilities

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
