Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a Sous Chef at The Bishop on the Bridge in Winchester. You will take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, preparing fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients and bringing creative ideas to the menu.

The role requires leadership of the kitchen team, pride in every service, and a strong focus on hygiene and food safety. Training and induction are provided to support your growth in the Fuller’s family.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong food safety awareness.
• Experience with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and run services.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
