• Proven success as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
• Strong technique, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail.

• A genuine love for food and a hunger to keep learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the kitchen and front-of-house.
• Calm and focused under pressure, with strong multitasking abilities.
